Charges are configuration, not a slogan. JPBS does not currently bill an article processing charge.
JPBS does not currently charge authors an article processing charge for publishing accepted articles. The journal may introduce publication charges later. Any such change will be stated on this page and will apply only to manuscripts submitted after the new policy takes effect.

Waiver policy
Waiver and discount rules will be published with any future APC. JPBS does not currently charge an article processing charge, so there is no fee to waive.
