When waivers apply
Waivers and discounts are a function of a published APC. JPBS does not currently charge an article processing charge, so there is no fee to waive and no waiver application to complete.
If an APC is introduced, this page will carry eligibility, how to apply, and any institutional agreements. None of those records exist yet.
